REFUND/EXCHANGE
By making a purchase from our store you are agreeing with our policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your watch within 30 days of arrival of the watch at your shipping destination.
IMPORTANT:
Some rare models of watches can be out of stock at a supplier on
the moment of purchase.
We'll notify you with this situation if happens within 5 days after
purchase.
We'll offer you to choose another (very close to the original) model
or full refund of your payment.
Our watches carry 60 days manufacturers' warranty. Here are the
options:
Write us an email at stating the problem.
Let us know whether it is a refund, exchange, or repair under the
manufacturers warranty. We need your order number, and approximate
purchase date.
We will send you a return code in the email. Please, enclose this
code to the package. We will as well provide the address where you
should send the item you want refunded, exchanged or repaired.
Note:
To get refund or exchange the watch must be in the same condition
you received it. We are able to make refund/exchange after receive
item back from you only.
We are unable to exchange items except you received a damaged, defective,
or incorrect item
If you removed any links you must return them with the watch. If
any links are missing, your watch will not be exchanged or refunded.
We cover only manufacturers' defects under warranty. This does not
imply intentional damage, or damages caused by general wear and
tear (such as scratches, dentsips, etc.). Make sure the crown is
always screwed in tight to prevent water from penetrating. If we
detect any damage caused by the crown not being tight, we are not
likely to cover the damage.
Intentional crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem
damages result from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem,
thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is
due to a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair/replace your
product.
We cannot accept returns if occur confiscation of your watch by
Customs of your Country.
We cannot accept returns of certain items that is returned more
than 30 days after delivery.
We cannot accept returns of certain items that is gas-powered or
contains flammable liquids.
If we cannot repair the item, we will send you a replacement of
the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can
choose another product of the same value. In most cases, we repair
the items having manufacturers' defects.
Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages.
You are responsible for shipping costs back to us.
If price of the exchanged item is higher than original purchase,
please enclose a payment for the price difference. If the price
of the exchanged item is lower, we will issue a refund for the difference
in price.
In case of package being lost, there is a 30- day waiting period
before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.
Please allow up to two weeks for exchange to arrive.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.
